Jolene is our front office staff member who has been working with us since 1993. She is responsible for greeting our patients, answering the telephones, scheduling appointments, and taking current and/or updated personal patient information. Our patients enjoy her warm, sincere, and quick-witted personality. Jolene and her husband, Jim, are active members within the Sovren Guild and volunteer much of their time toward a Vintage Car Race held in July benefiting the Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center. She also has extensive past experience as a preschool teacher with Kirkland Preschool (and taught all three of the doctor’s sons!). Jolene has two grown daughters and her interests include skiing, walking, hiking, motorcycling, traveling and pasta making.

Donna is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has worked in the dental field for many years. She previously worked for us for 8 years as an expanded duties Certified Dental Assistant prior to going to hygiene school. Her years of assisting served her well in hygiene school where she further expanded her dental education and techniques in serving the hygiene patient. She is dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients while keeping their comfort in mind. Donna is upbeat and happy by nature as well as gentle and skillful. Our patients are extremely pleased that she is back working with us as a hygienist. Donna has a wide variety of interests, including sports, motorcycle riding, music, dancing, children, animals and socializing with family and friends.

JoAnne is a Registered Dental Hygienist who previously worked with us in the 1980's and 1990's. She is once again working with us two days a week and both our staff and patients are pleased and excited she is back! JoAnne brings with her years of dedication, knowledge, skillful thoroughness and a gentle caring nature that our patients have grown to love. She prides herself in offering high-quality hygiene services with a gentle touch as well as sharing time and knowledge with her patients. JoAnne's personal interests are reading, traveling, the arts, the stock market, and family and friends.

Dawn is a dental assistant who has been working with us since 2000. As second dental assistant she is highly skilled in cleaning children’s teeth, placing sealants and assisting the doctor in restorative procedures. In addition, Dawn works with insurance matters on behalf of our patients, including tracking and resubmission of dental claims, as well as restorative procedure pre-authorizations. She also can assist our patients in scheduling appointments and taking current and/or updated personal patient information. Dawn and her husband, Forrest, have two sons. Her interests include her family, creative art, music, singing, dancing and the great outdoors.

Stacie is our office manager who has been working with us since 1997. Her duties include patient accounts, payment plans, troubleshooting insurance matters on behalf of patients, and scheduling appointments. She also provides free childcare services and free taxi services for our patients in need. Prior to joining our staff, Stacie worked as a legal secretary for more than 20 years. Her attention to detail helps to ensure our patients get the most out of their dental benefits. Her interests include volunteer projects and activities benefiting Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center, traveling, skiing, baseball, reading, music, exchange students, and family time, including cooking with Daryl for their three sons and friends.
